Made these “braid bands” out of silver and turquoise, as modeled on my kiddos thick braids. They’re adjustable, and double as rings, bandana slides or ponytail holders.
Fine silver and turquoise handmade braid bands with loops for changeable hair ties. Decorate your hair - sizes and shapes for all hair types, thickness and lengths.
How to wear your hair in a fishtail braid with one of my silver and turquoise braid bands, which have a loop for a hidden hair tie. They are made with a hidden L-shaped silver wire attached inside…sort of like a one sided Bobby pin. Just push the band onto your braid or ponytail and push the L-wire down into the hair. I have tiny braids and they have been so secure I’ve forgotten they were there!
Handcrafted from sterling silver. As all pieces are handmade no two are the same so each piece cuff is unique to you.

Sizing Chart:
Braid Band Sizing is based on hair thickness, use this information and measuring instructions to decipher which braid band is fitting for you.
- Keep in mind that all braid bands are slightly adjustable to an extent as the metal can be bent to open wider or bent smaller.
- If between sizes always size up!
Instructions: (finding the circumference of your hair)
- Find a piece of paper and cut out a long thin strip.
- Take your hair and put it in the hairstyle you would most wear the pieces in. (Whether that be a braid\s, half -up half down, etc.)
- Take the long paper strip and wrap it around the hair band just once until the end meets the paper again.
- Tear the paper where it meets.
- Measure the paper strip and find your size on the chart below!
Braid Band measurements / diameter:
- Small: 0.4in - for hair measuring in 1.25 inches or less in circumference.
- Medium: 0.6'' - for hair measuring between 1.5 and 2.2 inches in circumference.
- Large: 0.8'' - for hair measuring between 2.3 and 3 inches in circumference.
- XL: 1'' - for hair measuring between 3-4 inches in circumference.
Ring Size Chart
1-Cut a piece of paper or thread and wrap it around your finger.
2-Mark the point where the ends meet.
3-Measure with a ruler and determine the circumference.
