Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing time may vary. We thank you for your understanding and patience during these times.

Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options including standard and express shipping to suit your needs. Shipping method availability may vary depending on your location and the items ordered.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value and not on weight, size or destination.

Delivery time: Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. Delivery time is usually 7-10 working days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance or problems with the transport company may affect the delivery time.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing the order. After this time, the order cannot be cancelled as it will go into the automatic processing process which includes quality control, packing and shipping. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations after this time limit.

Address Change: If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been processed for shipping preparation.
